Personal: The 2007-2008 season marks Cherrelle Smith's third season as a WSSU Cheerleader. She is a senior Clinical Laboratory Science major and a Chancellor's Scholarship recipient. A native of Oxford, North Carolina, she is a 2004 graduate of J.F. Webb High School where she cheered for four seasons. At J.F. Webb she earned three Letter Awards, was named Most Spirited, and received the Student Athlete Award for cheerleading. As a member of the WSSU Honors College she served as their 2004-2005 Miss Honor's Program and she served as Treasurer in 2005-06. She was named to the 2004-2005 Dean's List at WSSU. The Vice-President of the Clinical Laboratory Science Student Association. She is a Ram Ambassador and a member of Mozik Modeling Troupe, as well as participating in the Honda Campus All-Star Quiz Bowl for two years. The daughter of Toney and Cheryl Smith. Born in Chapel Hill, NC on May 11, 1986.
