Second-Half Run Propels Eastern Kentucky Past Rams, 69-44

RICHMOND, Ky. - Winston-Salem State University head men's basketball coach Bobby Collins' homecoming to his college alma mater was bittersweet as his Rams fell in defeat to the Colonels of Eastern Kentucky University by the score of 69-44 in non-conference basketball action on Tuesday evening from McBrayer Arena in Richmond, Kentucky. Story.

Brian Fisher and the Rams will travel to Richmond, Kentucky as they prepare to face Eastern Kentucky University on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

Men's Basketball Heads To Richmond, Kentucky To Face EKU Colonels

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Following a stinging loss at Georgia Tech last Friday, the Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team will travel to Richmond, Kentucky on Monday as they prepare to face the Colonels of Eastern Kentucky University on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. as WSSU head coach Bobby Collins returns to the site of his college basketball career. Collins, a 1991 graduate of EKU and four-year letter-winner for the Colonels, will lead his Rams against the Colonels, a team only two years removed from an NCAA Tournament berth and a team which was picked to finish seventh in the Ohio Valley Conference this season. The matchup will see both programs looking for their first win of the season as each team enters play with an 0-1 record. Story.
