COMPLETE RESULTS

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The Winston-Salem State University men's golfers slipped a bit on Saturday afternoon at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Fla. as the Rams combined for a team total of 329, a 17-stroke slide over Friday's record-setting performance that saw three WSSU golfers post scores in the 70's.

Gusting winds forced scores to balloon on Saturday afternoon at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Fla. 

Despite less-than-ideal playing conditions, the Rams managed to turn in another solid showing as Jerrell Fields, Lance Holmes and Joshua Sherrell each posted rounds in the 70's.

Fields and Sherrell led the Rams with rounds of 78 and Lance Holmes was only one stroke back as he turned in a score card of 79.

Steven Mason recorded a 93 and Kenneth Lathan carded a 97 as the Rams posted a team total of 329.

WSSU will return to action on Sunday afternoon as they close out play in the 54-hole championships from the PGA Golf Club.
