Personal: The 2007-08 season will mark Legins' second year as a member of the WSSU men's track and field team where he will compete in the jumps , sprints and hurdles. A native of Westerville, Ohio, he is a 2006 graduate of Westerville North High School where he was voted his team's MVP en route to national qualifying honors and a scholar-athlete award. The son of James and Alicia Legins. A Sport Management major at WSSU. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 26, 1988. Nicknamed "JL".
