Women's Basketball Lady Rams to Open Home Court Against U.S. Naval Academy Wednesday Night11/18/08 WINSTON-SALEM, NC - It will be home sweet home for the Winston-Salem State Lady Rams (0-2) on Wednesday evening when the team hosts the U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen (1-1) in a single game at the C.E. Gaines Center on the campus of Winston-Salem State University. The Lady Rams will take the floor at the Gaines center for the first time since February and for only the second time in 2008. Story. Though the Lady Rams shot well in the loss with a 39.6% field goal percentage, the team could not match a UNC-Wilmington team that shot a scorching 41.9% from the field and forced 25 WSSU turnovers.
