Personal: Janae will join the Lady Rams Cross Country team as a true freshman this fall following a solid high school career...She is a 2008 graduate of Ben L. Smith High School where she earned letters in outdoor track & field...She earned the Coach's Award in 2007 and 2008 and was named the team's Most Improved in 2008...She is a native of Greensboro, NC and is the daughter of Leonard and Deborah Alston...She is a Nursing major at WSSU.
